TRAINING & BREEDING QUALITY ROCKY MOUNTAIN HORSES

Cute and friendly girl with curb appeal!
Registered Rocky Mountain Horse Association.
Foal date:  12/05/2013

Color:   Chocolate Buckskin /Silver Buckskin
Height:  14.1 HH

Location: Our facility in WI (contact page)

Skills: Walks with a nice low frame, picks up a gait nicely with supportive rein aids, Canters slowly. She'g graduated out of our "test knowledge" Started Horsemanship! She moves nicely off your inside or outside leg to mobilize her shoulders or hindquarters. She gives VERY nicely to rein pressure (knows Direct, indirect and neck rein aids) for a professional and fancy feel! Great stop/back and stands patiently. Rides out alone or in a group on trails with no issues. She can walk as slow as the Quarter horses. A nice unreactive ride that is surely to impress you!

Personality: Doja, having a gentle mind and being rather un-reactive, he’s an excellent prospect for the adv. beginner type.
I would say she's is one of the best "slow" prospects. Super willing to try new things.
She does not require any maintenance whatsoever. Sound. Housed with mares and colts in a herd of about seven to nine horses. She's gregarious & seems to like to make friends with everyone and play with the young colts in a gentle manner.

Restrictive dry lot is suggested with the ability to gain too much weight with free feeding on pastures that are too lush or if hay is too rich. R2 manages this gal well on a free feeding diet of first crop premium horse hay while under a light/medium riding schedule. She is allowed to graze during the summer months under a riding schedule.

A very sweet gal always looking for you at the gate!
